She is survived by: her husband Robert "Gene" Dinkins, Sr.; her children, Robert Dinkins, Jr., Victoria Lynn Peterson (Pete) and Jacqueline Garrison (Jeff); her grandchildren, Julia Browning, Hillary Kelly, Tyler Garrison, Sean McManus, Taylor Garrison and Tanner Garrison; and her sister Paulette Johnson Kilgore. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
