He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernie Horne and Oveida Thomas Horne; and his siblings, Robert Horne, Mallory Horne, Richard Horne and Elaine Horne.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Horne of Waverly; his children, Jack Horne, Jr. (Pam) of Waverly and Vanessa Snook (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Toby Rotz, Morgan Horne and Cassidy Horne.
