Halley Jr. of Waverly Hall, Georgia, born in Yonkers, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Gilda "Jill" Pavone Halley; and his brother Dennis Halley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Dison Halley; his children, Ian M. Halley (Katie), Erin T. Halley (Clark), Jason F. Halley, Todd Flowers and Brad Hobbs (Dea); his grandchildren, Chloe Anne Halley, Jaxson Jacob Halley, Kelsey Leigh Halley, Robert Carlton Hobbs, Hunter Wayne Hobbs and Brodie David Hobbs; and his sister Mary Halley of Baltimore.
