She was predeceased by: her father Johnnie Max Hurst. She is survived by: her mother Debora Hurst; her husband Bill Dermody; her children, Erin Dermody (Chris), Seth Dermody and Sean Patrick Dermody; and her siblings, Daniela Hurst Arrington (Willis) and Neal Hurst (Staci).
