He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Justin of Dyersburg, TN and Jessica (Jamie) of Ellerslie, GA; his grandchildren, Addie and Brooks; his sister Corinne of Dyersburg, TN; and his mother Eva Fay of Dyersburg, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
