He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paula Spruill; his children, Drew Spruill (Jie), Chris Spruill (Kate) and Megan Giordano (Brett); his granddaughter Laney Giordano; and his siblings, Steve Spruill of Toccoa, GA, Kathy Wood of Norcross and Laura Stephens of Gainesville, GA. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spruill-Wade-Cobb Scholarship Fund for Clinical and Administrative Pharmacy at the UGA College of Pharmacy or the Lewy-Body Dementia Association at LBDA.org.
