It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Louise Gueth in Watkinsville, Georgia, born in Comer, Georgia, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis Edward Gueth; her children, Tajuana Ford and Susan Michelle "Missy" Gueth; her son-in-law Scott Underwood; and her brothers, James Benjamin Scarborough and Kenneth Scarborough.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Ford (Crystal), David Gueth (Nicole), Tracy Underwood and Adam Gueth (Dawn); her grandchildren, Chris Ford (Paige), Elizabeth Benyshek, Chelsea Ford (Sherry), Kelsey Martin, Audria Shelnutt, Ethan Underwood, Evan Underwood, Hunter Kilgore, Fisher Kilgore, Mason Kilgore, Aubrey Gueth and Braxton Gueth; her great grandchildren, Brenner Ford, Jayden, Skylar, Jazmine, Paisley, Paxton and Berklynn; her brother-in-law Ernie Gueth (Sheila); and her siblings, Ernest Scarborough, Charles Scarborough (Pam), Johnny Scarborough and Martha Adams (Troy).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Colbert First Baptist Church (65 S 5th St, Colbert, GA 30628).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Oconee County Senior Center or the Oconee County Animal Services.
