He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Noell, Sr. and Mary Noell; his wife Alma Huff Noell; his brother James E. Noell, Jr.; and his great-nephew David "Alex" Swann.
He is survived by: his nephew David Lee Swann (Tammy) of Jefferson, GA; his great-nephews, Holden Swann (Amber) and David Poole (Larrisa); and also, Samuel Swann, Mason Poole and Chevy Thompson. He is also survived by extended family and close-as-family friends and neighbors.
