He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim T. Rogers and Bess Mae Richards Rogers; and his brothers, Ben Rogers and Sam Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Lenora H. Rogers; his children, Phillip Rogers (Cindy), Tim Rogers (Donna) and Wanda McLocklin (Gary); his siblings, Tom Rogers, Harold Rogers, Roy Rogers, Paul Rogers, Kathy Nix, Judy Garrison, Martha Whitehead and David Rogers; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Rogers, Nicole Lanyon, Hannah Rogers, Caroline Rogers, Sarahbeth Todd, Chester McLocklin and Erica McLocklin. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
