He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. David John Williams III and Carolyne Mace Williams. He is survived by: his wife Julie Williams (James); his son Matthew Mace Williams; and his siblings, Carole Golemme (Williams) and David John Williams, IV. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews, and five great-nephews.
