She was predeceased by: her mother Ethyl Ulen Bell; her son David Dickey; and her brothers, Jack Lewis and Billy Lewis. She is survived by: her daughter LeAnne Berry (Frank); and her sister Jane Hawkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
