He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lee Witcher Milton; his daughter Brandy Harris (Tova); his siblings, Dwayne McCannon (Crissy), Leon McCannon (Ashley) and Wanda Morgan; and his friend Martha Thurmond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and special friends.
