He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Turner Inlow; his parents, Emmett Edgar Inlow Jr. and Dorothy Hodges Inlow; and his brother-in-law Clinton Walter Turner Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth (Bill Harper) of Watkinsville, GA and Amy Dunn of Watkinsville, GA; his grandchildren, Berkley Harper of Watkinsville, William Harper Jr. of Watkinsville, Jay Turner Dunn of Watkinsville and Hodges Dunn of Watkinsville; his sister Stephanye; his brother-in-law Dale Peek of Canton, GA; his brothers, John (Judy Inlow), Jimmy (Carol Inlow), Billy Inlow of Bainbridge, GA and Bobby (Faith Inlow); his sisters-in-law, Patricia Turner of Dahlonega, GA and Cindy Turner of Kennesaw, GA; and his friend Glenda Odom. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
