He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Woodrow Holbert and Mary Alice Young Holbert; and his siblings, Nellie Ruth Screws (Leroy), Mazelle Phelps (Morris), Patricia Brown (Nolan) and William Holbert.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Rose Holbert; his children, Chris Holbert of Watkinsville, Charles Holbert (Angel) of Watkinsville and Kate Brown (Nate); his stepsons, Paul and Frederick Kidd (Christina); his siblings, Charlie Holbert (Patsy), Barbara Sidwell (J. C.) and Leonard Holbert (Sara Lynn); his grandchildren, Corey Holbert (Kennedy), Caleb Holbert, Kristen Fambrough, Chase Holbert, Ashlyn Holbert, Nolan Brown, Mara Brown, Josiah Kidd, Joey Kidd, Carson Kidd and Jaxon Kidd; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Ford, Rhett Ellard, Dawson Fambrough and Braxton Fambrough.
