He is survived by: his wife Tammy Keys Rogers; his daughter-in-law William Robert Rogers, Jr.; his sister Debbie Partain of Iva, SC; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Steele, Brylee Rogers and Colton Rogers; and also, Heather of Elberton, GA and Matthew Ryan Rogers of Elberton, GA.
