Virginia Chalker Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bettie Lamb Chalker and Lamar Chalker; and her sisters, Mary Lou Chalker, Dorothy Thigpen and Stephanie Bowen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Shelton of Wrens, Jimmie Walden of Gibson and Walter Chalker of Millen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Because of the family's concern for public health and safety during this pandemic, the family requests that social distancing and other safety precautions be followed. (Wearing face masks is encouraged.) Virginia was the oldest of six children born to the late Bettie Lamb Chalker and the late Lamar Chalker.
