He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dunnaway and Martha Turpin Dunnaway; and his siblings, Louise Burt, Mamie Durham, Effie Teasley, Flora Ann McGill, Billy Dunnaway, Grace Dunnaway and Jessie Raleigh Dunnaway.
He is survived by: his wife Regina H. Dunnaway of Washington; his children, Wade Dunnaway (Lisa) of Washington, Curtis Holt of Wrens, Kevin Holt (Allison) of Appling and Laura Epps of Lincolnton; and his brother Alex Dunnaway (Bonnie D. Brown) of Washington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
