Hopkins (Washington, Georgia), born in London, London, who passed away on April 6, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William C. Bungard and Selina Hart Bungard; her husband Herbert W. Hopkins of Washington; her daughters, Selina E. Hopkins of St. Marys, Carollen R. Pogue (Butch) of Perry and Ann M. Harrison (Bud) of Tignall; her brother William Bungard of Norwich, England; and her grandchildren, Franklin M. Woodall III, Selina Chelsea Woodall, Tabytha Molloy, Stephen McCoy, Evan Harrison and Lauren Harrison. She was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
