She was predeceased by: her parents, Phocian Stewart Johnson and Lena Hobbs Johnson; and her husbands, Ewing Samuel Dillard and Austin Agnew Pruitt. She is survived by: her children, Ewing Dan Dillard (Debby) of Sharpsburg and Daphne D. Albertson (Steve) of Washington; her grandchildren, Christina A. Carroll (Matthew), Kimberly W. Smith (Tim) and Brent Washington (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Holden Smith, Jake Smith, Brooke Washington and Madison Washington.
