It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Lee Howard (Washington, Georgia), born in Covington, Georgia, who passed away on September 14, 2019, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Lee Howard and Edna Faye Demastes; his sons, Dustin Lee Howard (Britney) of Mitchell, Joseph Dillon Howard of Auburn and Carter Harrison Howard of Kenetucky; his sisters, Deborah Strange (Mark) of Oak Park and Lauren Seymour (Russ Johnson) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Bentley Smallwood, Emory Howard, Eva Howard, Braylin Howard and Wyatt Howard.
