She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Orr Scott and Martha Elizabeth Moore Scott; her husband James E. Echols; her children, Jim Echols (Linda) of Shelby, NC, Steve Echols (Marie) of Tignall, Glen Echols (Jane) of Tignall and Becky E. Wilson (Jerome) of Tignall; her sister Mary Jane Pyron of Hampton; and her grandchildren, Brandon Echols, Laura E. Wellman, Blain Echols, Dr. Merritt E. McLaughlin, Taylor Echols, Graham Echols, Jordan Echols, Jesse E. Hardigree, Vanessa W. Patrick, Kyle Wilson, Clete Wilson and Drew Wilson. She was also cherished by 15 great grandchildren.
There will be a visitation/viewing in the Tabor Baptist Church for one hour starting at 10:00a. m. Masks and social distancing are encouraged.
