He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Lowe and Patricia Robinson Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Kim M. Lowe; his children, Amanda Feasler (Matt Loyal) and Josh Lowe (Holli) of Grovetown; his brother Ricky Lowe (Brenda) of Grovetown; his grandchildren, Randon Feasler, Emma Lowe, Liliana Feasler, Iris Feasler and Charlotte Lowe; and his pet Buddy Beaudreaux.
