He was predeceased by: his son Marcus Odian Denard; his parents, O. A. Denard, Jr. and Mary Possie Danner; and his sister Possie Ann Denard. He is survived by: his wife Debra Susan Lanter Denard; his sons, Matthew David (Paige) and Thomas Adolph Denard (Betsy); his grandchildren, Austin Tyler Denard, Karie Anne Denard, Price Odian Denard and Landon Harrison Denard; his daughter-in-law Jamie Price Denard; and his former wife Karen Allen Pruitt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fishing Creek Baptist Church, c/o Mr. Frank Galofaro, 1991 Mallorysville Rd., Tignall, Ga. 30668.
