He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Mateo Cobo and Sarah Canales Cobo; and his siblings, Anita Webb, Louis Cobo and Mitchell Cobo.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Ray Cobo; his father-in-law Claude Ray; his brother-in-law Bobby Dean; his sons, Carey Cobo of Elberton and Donnie Cobo (Jackie) of Elberton; his grandchildren, Christa Michelle Cobo of Athens, Ryan Maxwell Cobo (Katie) of Thomson and Justin Daniel Cobo (Jessica) of Macon; his great grandchildren, Remington Kathryn Cobo, Maxwell Thomas Cobo and Oliver William Cobo; and his brother Richard Cobo of Thomaston.
