He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Peavy and Julia Piltcher Peavy; his wife Annette Peavy; and his siblings, Harris Peavy, Calvin Peavy Sr., H. P. Peavy, Nell P. Harris, Zena P. Page, Paulene P. Cook and Julia P. Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Peavy (Arleen) of Warthen and Randy Peavy (Sherry) of Sandersville; his grandchildren, Tonya P. Bowen (John) of Conyers and Christopher Peavy (Maura) of Warthen; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Grace Peavy, Jordan Bowen, Louise, Pat and Mary.
Social distancing practices will be observed.
