She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Allen Walker and Rebecca Walker; her former husband Robert Murray Drinkard; her daughters, Gayle Drinkard Oliver (Phil) and Nancy Drinkard Miller (Olan); her grandchildren, Maria Oliver Solomon (Brandon), Elizabeth Miller Smith (David), Tiffany Oliver Cole (David), James Murray Miller (Lyndie) and Paul Olan Miller; her husband Frank Mel Story, Sr.; her grandchild Belle of Clark's Hill Lake; and her great grandchildren, Frances Belle Solomon, Sadie Grace Miller, Ellis Millan Solomon, Harper Lynn Miller, Lillian Reeves Cole, Samuel David Cole and Walker Martin Smith.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hopkins Funeral Home Chapel (416 E Robert Toombs Ave, Washington, GA 30673). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
