We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2019, at the age of 77, Larry Mathis (Washington, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Horton and Gene Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Holmes Mathis; his son Robert A. Mathis; his daughter-in-law Pamela Mathis; and his granddaughters, Anna of Sandersville, Libby of Sandersville and Kate Mathis of Sandersville.

The family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Sandersville, 316 Mathis Circle, Sandersville, GA. 31082 or to the Sandersville Lions Club Foundation, c/o Sandy Mercer, P.O. Box 561, Sandersville, GA. 31082.
