It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Barnes (Washington, Georgia), born in Crawfordville, Georgia, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, David T. Moore and Lloyd Allen Barnes; her son Henry Daniel Moore; and her siblings, John Lee Edwards, William Daniel Edwards and Mary Edwards Dingler.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Moore Clark (David) of Washington, Mildred Ann Moore Dove (Lem) of Tignall and Terry David Moore of Washington; her siblings, Eula Mae Mobley of Washington, Priscilla Dingler (Edward) of Union Point and Henry Edwards of Union Point; and her friends, Ruby Booth and Sylvia Barnes. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
