He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Froeliger and Helen Shanafelt Froeliger; and his children, James M. Froeliger, Jr. and Leah Froeliger. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Froeliger of Washington; his daughter Sarah F. Davis (Ruben Laban Davis) of Harlem; his grandchildren, Brianne Froeliger, Ryder Davis, Jordan Davis and Adalynn Davis; and his great grandchild Asa Froeliger.
