He is survived by: his children, Kevin Stroud of Elberton and Chrissy Brown Winslett of Hartwell; and his siblings, Florine Royston of Royston, Candler Gene Brown of Elberton, Janie Ruth and Duvall of Elberton. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
