He is survived by: his wife Mary Lizzie Cato of Sandersville, Georgia; his children, Linton Cato (Ernestine) of Sandersville, Rev. Tony Cato (Lynn) of Boynton Beach, Elder Willie Taylor (Ramona) of Wrightsville, Ricky Taylor (Palmecia) of Sandersville, Shirley Cato, Gertrude Cato, Sarah Jones of Sandersville and Patricia Lyman of Richmond, Virginia; and his sisters, Mary Cato of Atlanta and Julia Cato of Sandersville, Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
