He is survived by: his children, Robert Lindsey "Rob" Strother of Washington and Lindsey Strother Rivas (Samuel) of Athens; his grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Strother and Benjamin Robert Strother; and his sister Inez Strother Hall (Lewis) of Washington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
