She was predeceased by: her parents, Justice David Brown and Nettie Lois Colvard Brown of Wilkes County. She is survived by: her husband Joe F. Banks; her daughters, Rhonda Newberry (Johnny) of Washington and Joanna Waller (Wade) of Washington; her grandsons, Grif Newberry (Jessica) of Greensboro, GA, Wesley Waller (Brandi) of Watkinsville, GA and Jacob Waller (Amelia) of Athens, GA; and her great grandchildren, Madison Newberry, Myla Newberry, Wilkes Waller, Teigen Waller and Jase Waller.
