It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Howard Foster Jr. (Washington, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Fulcher Foster and Franklin Howard Foster, Sr.; his wife Tonya Black Foster; his son Garrett John Foster; and his sisters, Georgia, Virginia (Shane) and King. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
