He is survived by: his wife Donna Brock of Wrightsville; his daughter Lindsey Johnson of Wrightsville; his sister Bobbie Pennywitt of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Connor Worthington and Gracie Worthington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
