She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Blakey Cosby, Sr. and Sally Witcher Cosby; her daughters, Phyllis Vaughn Blanton (Terry) of Greensboro, GA and Susan Vaughn Spradley (David) of Watkinsville, GA; her granddaughters, Dr. Jessica Spradley of Watkinsville, GA, Rebekah Daniell (Brad) of Dunwoody, GA and Jennifer Paulk (Andy) of Dacula, GA; her husband Jack Vaughn (Jack); and her siblings, Mary Cosby Edmunds and Tom Cosby, Jr.. She was also cherished by ten nieces and nephews; and a number of other relatives and friends.
