He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sarah Parton, Brenda Cartledge and Melvin Cawley. He is survived by: his children, Steven Cawley (Jennifer) of Watkinsville, GA, Velvet Taylor of Lincolnton and Tiffany Hinton (Jamie) of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
