She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Theodore Mills and Rosemary Zonie Mills; her sons, Stephen Blackburn (Jan) of Powder Springs and Charles Blackburn (Preston) of Richmond; her daughter-in-law Cherrilane Blackburn of Greensboro; her sisters, Rosemary Mills Coats and Hilde Mills Tenison of Dallas; and her son Greg Blackburn. She was also cherished by five granddaughters.
