It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deacon Alfred C. Carson (Washington, Georgia), who passed away on November 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne K. Carson; his sons, Mitchell of Washington and James Tabor; his brother Nathaniel Carson; his nephews, Nathaniel Carson, Jr. (Mary) and David Carson; his sister-in-law Lillian L. Williams; his cousins, Laura Bell Graves (Ozzie) and Matthew Troutman (Shirley); his friends, George Smith, Bern Anderson, Henry Watts and Emory Lamar; and his goddaughter Audra Gilbert (Darryl). He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations are asked to be made towards The Alfred C. Carson Scholarship at the Citizens Bank of Washington County.
