He is survived by: his son Steve Chafin (Mary Beth) of Forsyth, GA; his daughter-in-law Donna Chafin of Washington, GA; his grandchildren, Casey, Brittni, Whit and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Brady, Cooper, Bennett and Owen.
