He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew P. Jones, Sr. and Marie Hadden Jones; his wife Mona Drake Jones; and his brothers, Harry F. Jones, Andrew P. Jones, Jr., William P Jones (Bill) and Johnny J. Jones (Deek).
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Robert C. Jones of Macon and Donna Jones Raye (Andy) of Suwanee; his grandchildren, Robert Andrew Raye, Kathryn Hadden Raye, Anna Raye Alvarado (Esteban) and Ashley Raye Hatchcock (Wesley); his great grandchildren, Laila, Emily, Archer and Jema Hathcock; his brother-in-law Chan Drake (Phyllis) of Washington; and also Sallie Ree Jones Netherland of Louisville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
