Billy F. Duggan Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy F. Duggan Sr. of Washington, Georgia, who passed away on April 24, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin E. Duggan and Ethel Brantley Duggan; his wives, Jerry, Peggy and Jandall; and his sister Rachel Duggan Garland.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah D. Fessler (Paul) of Villa Rica, Ronnie Duggan (Vicki) of Sandersville, Billy Duggan Jr. (Rhonda) of Adel, Margie Anderson (Charlie) of Harrington Delaware and Sandy Moye (Ben) of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
