He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Mobley; his daughter Mary Ruth; his son-in-law Patrick Bailey; and his siblings, Sam Mobley and Katherine Moon.
He is survived by: his parent Ruth Jones Mobley; his wife Eula Mae Edwards Mobley; his son Bill Mobley (Angela); his grandchildren, Abby Milner (Dustin), Austin Mobley, Tyler Mobley, Hannah Hendry (Jay) and Summer Safrit (Wyatt); and his great grandchildren, Tinsley Hendry and Sophie Hendry.
