She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Ellen Davis Harrell and Eugene Jessie Harrell; her former husband Jerry Picaso; her sister Sylvia Starkey; and her stepchildren, Stephen Cote and Carol Uhlich.
She is survived by: her husband AJ Cote of Harbins Rd; her daughters, Tammy Picaso, Terresia Baxter (Ben), Jerrie Scruggs (Carey) and Maria Picaso; her stepchildren, Denise Cote McMillan, David Cote (Jean) and Joseph Cote (Donna); her sisters, Annette Venable and Mary Jane Griffis; and her grandchildren, Chris Baxter, Wade Baxter, Michael Scruggs, Nicholas Scruggs, Stephanie Farris, Joseph Picaso, Karla McMillan Sexton, Kale McMillan, Chris Cote, Carrie Cote Plyer, Michael Cote, Lauren Cote Norris and April Uhlich. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
