She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie D. Howard and Nattie Maurine McDonald Howard; her husband Quentin Dezelle "Erick" Erickson; and her siblings, Lenard Howard, Bo Howard, Grady Howard, Wayne Howard and Dale Howard.
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Howard Whiddon and Dorothy Howard Farris (Jack); her nephews, Drew Farris and Dean Farris; her niece Angie Phillips (Chris); her great-niece Shelli McMillian; and her great-nephew Stone Phillips.
