She was predeceased by: her parents, John Norman and Maude Poore Carmichael; her husband G. W. Ford; her son Norman Ford; and her granddaughter Frances Renee Holt.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Childers (Frankie) of Doles, Sandra McCard of Turner County, Michael Ford (Patricia) of Doles and Michelle Forkey (Ronald) of Augusta; and her siblings, Jack Carmichael (Melba) of Doles, Loretta Simms of Panama City, Linda Saunders of Oroville and Lois Baldwin (Charles) of Mobile. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
