She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude James Teachout and Lila Marion Hadley Teachout; her husband Kenneth Wayne Annabel, Sr.; her daughter Tammy Jacobs; and her siblings, Joyce Harr, Rita Teachout, Leo Teachout and Charles "Chuck" Teachout.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Smith (Hugh) of Harrison, Kenneth Wayne Annabel, Jr. of Warthen, Brenda Smith (Darrell) of Warthen, Donna Holder of Colorado Springs, CO and Melissa Williams (Jason) of Lyons; her stepchildren, Robert "Bob" Annabel (Kathy), Rose Edgar and Ruth Rinaldi; her grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Justin Wayne Annabel, Brian Griffith, Nicholas Griffith, Ramsey Grant, Chassity "Nikki" Trice, Rylan Thompson, Logan Thompson, McKayla Williams, Logan Williams and Kameron Williams; and her brother Carl Teachout of Cheboygan, MI.. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
