He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray Morris and Thelma Folsom Morris; and his sister Denise Morris Spangenberger. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Morris Davis (Chad) of Warthen and Jacob Ray Morris (Kelsey) of Boling Broke; his grandchildren, Ady Davis, Haylee Davis, Mae Davis, Chip Davis and Raelynn Morris; and his siblings, William Sydney Morris of Greensboro, Teresa Morris Donaldson (Randy) of Madison, MS. and James Dewitt Morris (Terri) of Mansfield.

Donations may be made to the Sandersville United Methodist Children's Ministry, P.O. Box 611, Sandersville, GA. 31082 in memory of Daniel Ray Morris.
