He was predeceased by: his father William Melton Woods, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Hattaway Woods; his wife Helen Carroll Woods; his daughter Jennifer Wood of Warthen; his stepson Greg Brantley (Nickie) of Sandersville; his grandsons, Briar Brantley, Easton Wood and Will Wood; and his brother Al Woods of Warthen.
The family suggests donations be made in Billy's memory to the charity of the giver's choice.
