She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Johnson, Sr.; her parents, Willie Joe and Doris Cooper; her siblings, Edgar Cooper, Gene Cooper and Sara Reid; and her grandson Kenny Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Johnson, Jr. of Lincolnton, Billy Joe Johnson (Brenda) of Warrenton, John Edward Johnson of Warrenton, Georgia and Lynn Kent; her sister Dovie Howard; and her grandchildren, Melaine Grimes (Chris), Amanda Braswell (Travis), John Johnson, Jr., Ivey Partin (Stephan) and Nathan Kent. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beggs Funeral Home (799 Cobbham Rd, Thomson, GA 30824). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel (799 Cobbham Rd, Thomson, GA 30824).
